That same year, he represented the Rockefeller family selling a 54-acre land parcel in Greenwich for $18.35 million. In 2020, Joe represented the buyer of a waterfront estate which closed at $42 million - the highest sale in Greenwich that year. He represented the sellers of two waterfront residences in Field Point Circle, one that closed at $50 million in 2021 and the other that closed at $39.5 million in 2011. Joe also represented both the seller and buyer in the $24 million sale of Old Mill Farm, a landmark Great Estate in Greenwich.
