We are James and Ruby Dunlap and we would be honored to be your Realtor.
Together, we have over 60 years combined of working with people in the sales and customer service industry. James worked in and owned his own Property & Casualty Insurance business for 35 years and he has also been investing in Real Estate properties since the late 1980s.
Ruby was a dental assistant for 20 years, then moved into the technology industry as an IT consultant and account manager for 17 years. These positions have given us hands on opportunities that have enabled us to build long term business relationships with many people that trusted our council. We both believe in the value of hard work, being readily available and not compromising our values or integrity. We truly believe that our client comes first!
In 2010, we found our forever home in Danielsville Georgia, where we came to love rural living; but we also liked the fact that we were only 20 minutes away from the city life in Athens.
Once we were settled in Danielsville, we both decided to start new careers as a Realtor.
We had such an exciting journey finding our new home that we wanted to be a part of others experience in finding their dream home too. We have a passion for helping people and an enthusiasm to work with buyers or sellers. Our goal? Guiding and working with you through the buying or selling process of your home or property and to help you attain your real estate dream.
