With more than 20 yrs experience as a successful design consultant, Tracy To has turned her
love of design, art and architecture into a thriving real estate career. From staging to negotiating
the details of the transaction, she deftly guides her clients with ease and expertise.
Supported by personal experiences buying homes and condos in Washington DC, New
York, Greenwich; Newport, Dallas, Chicago and Miami, Tracy has learned the nuances of the
business while transforming spaces for both work and pleasure. With her signature aesthetic
and unique eye for design, she is equally at home designing and creating her next big project or
showcasing a multimillion dollar property. She has advised clients on a wide range of projects
spanning luxury designs for pre-construction projects, waterfront and investment homes, and
today she specializes in ultra-luxury homes and condos across Miami Beach, Coconut Grove,
Coral Gables, South Miami and Pinecrest.
Honest and driven, Tracy embodies the type of positive energy and high level of
motivation that keeps her clients coming back. Her business savvy and superior client service
leave each person she works with feeling as though they are her only clients, and her keen eye
for detail and impeccable taste turn any property into a show-worthy masterpiece. As someone
who has relocated many times herself, Tracy has become an expert in relocation services and
has a highly tuned sense of what it takes to make a relocation successful.
A graduate of both the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design for
Interior Design, she also studied at the Polimoda Institute in Florence, Italy where she earned a
B.S. in International Fashion Merchandising Management, When time permits, Tracy enjoys
playing the violin and piano, is a RYT-200 yoga instructor and an avid ballroom dancer. She
spends quality time with her husband and twin daughters, gives back to her community through
various causes, helps raise awareness through her family's community art program MiVanessa,
volunteers as a children's yoga teacher and has served on the board of Moms of Multiples.
