Having moved over 19 times in her life and going through multiple real estate transactions of her own, Rebecca knows first-hand what real estate and relocation is all about.
Rebecca began her real estate career in 1999 where she started out as a Data Administrator and was quickly promoted to Corporate Administrator of a large real estate firm in Southern California. After missing the mountains and her family, she moved back home to La Plata County in 2002 and began her career as an Executive Assistant to the owner of a boutique style real estate office in Pagosa Springs where she furthered her knowledge in marketing and business development. She completed her Business degree in 2010 through the University of Phoenix and joined Bayfield Realty in 2015.
Rebecca has had the unique opportunity of living in Ignacio, Bayfield, Durango and Pagosa Springs over the past 34 years and considers herself very familiar with the multi-faceted aspects that each community has to offer.
When she is not busy pursuing her remodeling and interior decorating hobby or spending time with her husband and 3 children, you will usually find her working with the youth or under-served populations of the community. She founded and ran a local food bank in 2012/13, just completed her first season as a youth soccer coach for Bayfield Parks and Rec, and can often be found volunteering in one of her childrens schools.
