Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, Zi visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates often. Due to his upbringing, he learned five languages, including English, Persian languages Dari, Pashto and Farsi, and Western India's Urdu. Because of his travels, Zi fell in love with waterfront living, a passion that would eventually take him to Florida's west coast. Zi graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Swiss University for management, economics and finance in Kabul. He soon thereafter emigrated to St. Petersburg, where he quickly integrated his active lifestyle into the city's vibrant culture and business community. In 2015, Zi became a licensed real estate professional and began selling what he most likes about Tampa Bay: Its "can-do" attitude and relaxed tropical lifestyle, which makes the region one of the most sought-after areas in Florida. An ambassador to the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Zi has brought his cross-cultural global outlook to assist his customers from around the world. He has not only personally sold millions of dollars in Florida real estate, but has also made numerous referrals to other associates, selling luxury properties nationwide, including exclusive homes in the North Carolina mountains.
