I fell in love with real estate while living in New York City, but I am a perfect example of the old saying: you can take the girl out of the country, but you cant take the country out of the girl.
While working for one of the Citys top real estate firms for seven years, Katie quickly became a top seller with a particular interest in relocations and transitions. A transplant herself, she understood the multi-dimensional investments above and beyond the financial that anyone should consider when buying or selling a home.

Reflecting on her deep roots in Maine, Katie is just as comfortable negotiating a chic upscale property as she is a centuries-old farmhouse. She is an active volunteer in the community and currently sits on the Development Committee for The Center for Grieving Children and The Olympia Snowe Leadership Committee, serves as a Board Member at The Marlborough Condo Association as well as an active member on the Annual Gala Committee for Make A Wish Foundation. She is a member of the Portland Museum of Art, and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Katie is also a certified coach specializing in mindset and personal development.
She lives on Falmouth Foreside with her husband and two children. In the summer she and her family frequent their cottage by the sea on Southport Island and during the winter months, you will see them on the slopes on Saddleback Mountain. They enjoy boating, exploring Maine beaches and towns, skiing, hiking, and they are most passionate about outdoor exploration and travel.
