Barbara became a licensed full-time REALTOR in 1998 in Ohio building a highly successful real estate business. She moved to Sun City in 2015 and quickly grew her business. Most of her buyers and sellers come by way of referral from her past Sun City clients. Barbara has earned the QUALITY SERVICE PRODUCER AWARD 2020, 2021 & 2022. This award is not easily acquired and given to those who receive consistent, excellent, 5 STAR ratings from their clients. It is awarded only to those agents who continuously exceed the service expectations of their clients. Barbara brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge to each transaction. She has sold over 450 homes in her career equaling over 100 million in sales, 137 of them in South Carolina. She has sold over 130 homes in Sun City. In 2020 and 2021, Barbara was awarded the Ruby Producer Award. In 2023 she received recognition for selling over 10,000,000 in real estate (25 homes). She consistently ranks in the top five of sales agents in Sun City. In August of 2019, Barbara received her SRES Designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This provided her with training and knowledge to assist those 55 years and older to move through the process of buying and selling their retirement home and moving on to the next phase. In addition, Barbara acquired her ASP Stager Designation in 2017 so she could offer her sellers the recommendations to present their home for sale in the best possible light. This is a huge bonus having an agent with this crucial insight and knowledge. She is passionate about real estate and works very diligently and always works in her clients best interest. She takes her responsibility as a REALTOR very seriously. Barbara feels buying or selling a home is the single most important financial transaction most people ever make in their lifetime, and it should be handled with care. Barbara loves living, playing, and selling the lifestyle Sun City, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island has to offer. She says moving to Sun City Hilton Head was the best decision ever! Prior to 1998, Barbara worked in the medical field for many years. As an adult, she has resided in Ohio, Texas, and Florida. After leaving Miami, FL in 1996 she moved back to her hometown of Hudson, Ohio where she lived and raised her two daughters prior to moving to Sun City eight years ago. Barbara's family emigrated to the United States from Liverpool, England in 1962.
