A Lyons Kansas native, Rachael Jones is REALTOR with Elgin Realty, the premier resource for all real estate information and services in the Elgin, Oklahoma and surrounding areas.

Rachael understands the challenges and sacrifices of military families, herself a military spouse. Rachael and her family have moved multiple times, with a few moves coming with minimum notice. This experience allowed her to become adept at the art of military, government, and corporate relocations and the motivation for her becoming a certified Military Relocation Professional. Along the way, Rachael has bought and sold homes of her own, as well as had rental property. As a real estate client who is also a REALTOR, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Rachael worked as a Recruiter in Human Resources Department of the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS, and as a Recruiter for Aloha Care, a local, non-profit health plan founded in 1994 by Hawaiis Community Health Centers. As a recruiter, her primary responsibility was to communicate with hiring managers and applicants, matching the right job candidates with the right positions. As a REALTOR, she will communicate with buyers and sellers, matching the right home with the right family.

Rachael was born to a family steeped in agriculture, growing up in a small farming community, and herself being raised on the familys farm in Central Kansas. She embodies the culture and values of Elgin and the surrounding community, which emphasize honesty, cooperation, respect, and service to the community. In her personal life, Rachael volunteers with the Elgin Animal Shelter, Elgin Senior Center, and the Meals on Wheels.

Rachaels goals are threefold: listen respectfully; speak honestly; and give the same effort that you expect in return.
