An Atlanta native, Carie was drawn to Savannahs southern charm, the alluring squares and the coastal lifestyle that is unique to this progressive southern city. She has now proudly called this friendly, Hostess City of the South her home for 30 years!! Carie and her family have lived in many parts of the city including The Landings/Skidaway Island, Historic Downtown District, Ardsley Park, Isle of Hope and Georgetown, therefore she knows Savannah and the surrounding areas very well. More than just finding you the right house, she can help you find the lifestyle that you desire.
Prior to becoming a full time realtor, Carie was a teacher with the Savannah Chatham County Public School System. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Georgia Southern University in Early Childhood Education. The combination of teaching elementary school and then becoming a full time realtor has solidified that she is proficient in helping and serving others. It is more of a gift than a job.
Carie has a true respect and appreciation for SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). She loves the growth and vibrancy that the college has brought to our downtown historic district. Her daughter currently attends SCAD as an Industrial Design major. Shes been given the pleasure of helping SCAD parents with their short term housing/investment properties as well as SCAD professors with their personal home purchases.
She is consistently a Multi-Million dollar producer and she provides exceptional service and is meticulous when it comes to making sure her clients needs are met.
