Sharlene holds a Missouri Broker/associate license and focuses on residential, commercial, and farm property sales in Crawford County, especially in the Cuba and Indian Hills Lake area. She also specializes in Comparative Market Analysis, a service for sellers to arrive at a fair market value and employs interpreters to aid in sales with her Spanish-speaking clients.

Sharlene has been a multiple year recipient as Top Sales Agent in Crawford County, received the Century 21 Award for Top Producing Agent and the Customer Quality Service Award. Sharlenes related work experience through the years has contributed to her success as a real estate agent beginning with her work in the Assessors Office on the Equalization Program on mapping in Crawford County. Her experience, with Crawford County Title Co., platting legal descriptions and completing title research at the courthouse, in addition to the financial knowledge gained as a Real Estate Loan Closer with First Community National Bank, has provided Sharlene with a vast amount of knowledge of the real estate process and what is necessary for a smooth transaction. Property management experience, as well as 16 years as a full time agent with her previous real estate company, have also been important factors in Sharlene being a competent advocate for her clients.

Sharlenes greatest joy is witnessing the excitement and expression of joy when she hands the keys over to new home, land, or business owners. She has many return customers as well as their family and friends and receives numerous referrals from previous clients. Not only has a professional relationship been established, but also a trusting personal relationship where many of her clients become great friends and keep in touch.
