Jennifer C. Capers has been a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2002 and is also a licensed Associate Broker.
Jennifer enjoys all facets of real estate, including: residential; new construction; renovations; investment; and commercial development. Her objective is to market and sell to obtain the highest appraised value in the shortest period of time, while always negotiating the best opportunity for her clients, whether they are Buyers or Sellers. She combines a myriad of talents to effectively market and stage homes to garner the quickest sale, in addition to helping buyers find their diamond in the rough, in the shortest timeframe.
While Jennifer quickly demonstrated her work ethic and business acumen during her first year in the real estate industry, resulting in her being honored as Rookie of the Year, in her office, some of her early and current successes can be attributed to blending her real estate training with her diverse business experience. Jennifer spent 14 years as a personal shopper in the retail sector. Additionally, her previous career in telecommunications and project management cultivated her skills in negotiations, contract management, and in managing multi-million dollar budgets, while developing a reputation for protecting her clients best interests -- something she continues to do as a real estate professional.
Jennifer has been recognized and rewarded for delivering remarkable service with untiring energy. She has also been selected to serve alongside other prestigious professionals in several county homeownership programs. Jennifer strives to educate each one of her clients in an effort to strengthen her ability to creatively position them for advantageous opportunities.
Jennifer is a native of Ohio, where she earned her Multi-Disciplinary Major in 4 Departmental Areas in Public Relations (Art & Design, Business Administration & Economics, Speech and Communications and English) from Capital University. With a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Jennifer has a strong background in sales, marketing, and promotions. Known for her sense of fashion and design, Jennifer has worked as a graphic specialist, designing pamphlets, brochures and other marketing collateral.
