My name is Brad Eaton. My lovely wife and I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years here in The Great Northwest. We are top performers in our company and industry. Of the 120 agents within our company, we are second in total sales and in the top 3.5% of all agents nationwide striving for number one.

Our combined experience is vast. I come from the construction industry and work with several contractors who renovate and flip homes. Growing up around the construction and excavation industry has only fueled my real estate career and benefitted my clients along the way. My wife Michele is the cornerstone of the team and brings years of industry wisdom. She has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market while continuing to outperform the majority of agents.
We provide cutting edge technology for our clients who are buying or selling homes. We utilize a professional photographer, drone videographer, and unparalleled marketing for maximum exposure of our listings. These extras are not free, they cost us thousands each year. But these services are free to our clients and inevitably result in success every time. We know that satisfied clients are our best source of new clients, so our marketing dollars get invested into you rather than into billboards or TV ads.
