Carol Guzman has been an active Realtor helping buyers and sellers in the Denver Metro area achieve their real estate goals for the past 20+ years. Originally from Texhoma, Oklahoma- a small town in the panhandle of Oklahoma, Carol's upbringing taught her all of the positive values and characteristics attributed to small town living. Such as the importance of family values, a dedicated work ethic, commitment to excellence and that work is most enjoyable when you love what you do for a living!
Carol moved to Colorado in 1987 from San Antonio, Tx. when she accepted a claims analyst position with Blue Cross-Blue Shield Co. While Carol worked in the insurance industry, she also attended college at Arapahoe Community College, where she studied to receive her Associates in Business Management.
Carol re-married in 1997 and helped her new husband manage his Pharmacy in Midtown Denver. She later took real estate courses from Arapahoe Community College and received her Colorado Real Estate license in 1999.
She currently lives in Denver, Co. with her family and in her spare time, enjoys boating, biking, reading and music.
