Formerly a Realtor in her home state of Connecticut; Kim also worked with a home builder where she exceled in marketing, event planning, communication and negotiation. Kim was drawn to the Sarasota area in 2013 through her love of the beach, warm weather and Florida lifestyle. She began working with buyers and sellers throughout the barrier islands and mainland, specializing in the variety of properties that attract people to this special region of Florida. Her customers know that she is always available, always attentive and one-hundred percent focused on their needs, listening carefully to objectives and taking action to achieve the best results. Kim holds an Associate's Degree in Business and volunteers with the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce at every opportunity. Outside of real estate, she enjoys navigating the waterways of Sarasota with her husband who owns a kayak tour company on Sarasota Bay. The couple met on Lido Beach and later married in the very same spot. Together they love going to the beach, keeping fit, walking their two beautiful Australian Shepherd dogs and spending time with family.
