Janet served in an administrative capacity, as an Operations Director for residential settings in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota and as well as serving as the Quality Assurance Director for a large organization in Wisconsin. She has also worked as a Special Education Teacher at the Elementary Education Level.
