Lisa Nederlander comes to the Metro-Detroit real estate market with over a decade's worth of residential sales experience in New York City with The Corcoran Group. Lisa is at home with the finer points of complicated negotiations and offers total support at each stage of the deal to ensure that her clients achieve their specific goals. Recognized for high standards of ethics and professionalism, her success culminated in her induction into Corcoran's prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club and ranked in the top 2% of Corcoran's parent company, NRT, LLC.
Lisa applies her appreciation of architecture and love of interiors to creative marketing which has helped her to obtain the highest possible prices for her sellers. Likewise, she exhibits perceptive insight into her buyer's needs. Lisa's excellent reputation for navigating the transaction process with skill had led to her well-earned reputation as a dealmaker.
Lisa obtained her BA in History and French, and continued her studies in Fine and Decorative Arts at Sotheby's Institute in London. In New York, she began her career at Sotheby's auction house in the European Furniture Department before joining the real estate market in 2002.
Lisa is thrilled to be back home in Detroit where she has maintained her connections to the art world through her work as a board member of the DIA's Friends of Contemporary and Modern Art (FMCA) and involvement in many philanthropic and cultural activities.
