Terri started her real estate career in South Dakota in 2004 and moved back to her home state of Kansas in 2010. In 2011 she started Crossroads Real Estate & Auction, LLC, and enjoys serving her clients, constantly meeting new people, and the fast pace of business. After 18 years she likes that she is still regularly learning something new. Terri stated "I am proud of all the agents within Crossroads. It is a company wide goal to keep the needs of our clients as our number one priority; and I think we do a great job of that!" We love serving the people in the Wamego, St. George, Alma, Westmoreland, Riley, Manhattan and surrounding areas. Whether it is acreage, country homes, residential, or our auctions we are always ready to do the work to make our clients happy and successful.
Not only does Terri lead her company on a daily basis she has always been involved in the local Realtor association serving on multiple committees throughout the years. In 2022 she will serve as President for The Flint Hills Association of Realtors and excited about her new role.
Outside of real estate Terri enjoys hosting family & friends, attending her grandchildren's activities, fishing, gardening, and playing pickleball!
