We are Carl and Cheri Knottnerus from RE/MAX Prestige in Royal Palm Beach. We specialize in residential sales, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures/short sales, relocation real estate, vacant land, and new construction in Royal Palm, Wellington , Greenacres, Lake Worth, the Acreage, Loxahatchee, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and surrounding communities.
We have lived in the western communities for over 26 years, and know the area very well.
Carl earned a Bachelors Degree in management from the University of Montana, and had over 20 years of management experience in the beverage industry before joining RE/MAX and his wife, Cheri, in 1999 to pursue a full time real estate career.
Cheri is originally from Indiana and moved to Florida in 1977, graduated with an Associates degree, received her real estate license in 1990 and has been selling in the Western Communities and most of Palm Beach County since.
We are recipients of numerous real estate honors and awards such as the RE/MAX 100% club, The RE/MAX Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, (over $1,000,000. in gross commissions). We are affiliates of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Regional MLS, the National Association of Realtors, RE/MAX of Florida, RE/MAX International, and we hold the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation and the IRES (International Real Estate Specialist) designation.
Involvement in community activities include members of the Palms
West Chamber of Commerce, and are very active members of Palms West Presbyterian Church, both as session members, and Carl is a member of the choir and the tenor with the Southern Cross Gospel . We also stay involved with our 2 sons, Kyle (25),who graduated Royal Palm High in 2006 and from U.C.F. in Orlando the spring of 2011 with a degree in Business Administration and Jarrett (23), who graduated from Seminole Ridge High School, and also Graduated UCF in 2013 with a degree in mechanical Engineering. We truly love our community, and plan on living here for quite some time.
