Natalie began working in real estate in 2004 as a assistant to a broker. After only 1 year she realized she loved what she was doing and began working in property management shortly after. Licensed as a real estate agent in 2005 Natalie began working directly with buyers, sellers, investors and rental owners. She earned her designation as a Realtor in 2006 and received special recognition for excellence in Real Estate in 2007. She had a desire to be the best in her field so she was licensed as a broker in 2008 and opened her own brokerage, Covenant Properties Realty also in 2008. She has been certified as a SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure resource) Certified as REPM (Real Estate Property Manager) Certified as a Real Estate Housing Counselor, (LHS) Luxury Home Specialist ABR Accredited Buyer Representative and served as the Southeast Broker for Altisource residential (rentals) . Natalie is currently in the top 25% of agents in Georgia and currently hold MLS memberships with Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS)and First multiple Listing Service (FMLS) She specialize in the city of Atlanta and surrounding counties. Her reach is far and wide and she is open to covering the entire state of Georgia In 2019 while seeking reciprocity licensing for Florida, Alabama and South Carolina
