Gene Sievers enjoyed 18 years in public service as a police officer. His career included working with kids as
a school resource officer, being a motorcycle officer, and a supervisor. In 2014, Gene wanted to try
something new. With his desire to continue helping people, his negotiating skills, and his ability to defuse
stressful situations, he chose a career in real estate. After a very successful, award winning first year in real
estate, Keller Williams asked Gene to manage the entire office, which consisted of 65 agents and staff.
Gene accepted the position and managed to increase the size of the office by almost 30 agents. He was
successful in increasing the productivity of the company by 200% over the previous year. However, Gene
missed working directly with his clients and a new opportunity to team up with his wife Jennifer emerged.
Gene seized the opportunity and returned to directly helping people with their real estate needs in July of 2016.
