Born and raised in Ireland, came to Cape Coral from Ireland in 2001, loved it and stayed! Started in N Ft Myers as co-owner of O'Sullivan's Irish Restaurant, went on to be a photographer at Nautilus Photography. With a growing passion for the real estate industry in SWFL in 2014 I decided to become become a realtor. Since becoming a realtor working with buyers and sellers I have listed and sold lots, condos and single family homes. Also managed and rented annual rentals for landlords and tenants. Having moved here from afar and now living locally I understand the concerns and many of the questions for people who are moving here for the first time. Having lived here for 16 years I have a great local knowledge, and as a photographer I see the best angles and ways to present your property for maximum result!
