Daylan Rubido was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. In 1995, at age 12, him and his family migrated to Miami, Florida. As a child, Daylan Rubido had aspirations of being an Architect and/or Engineer. Never in a million years did he think hed stumble into the real estate industry, but you cant always predict where or when youll discover what youre meant to do in life.
Daylan Rubido was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So thats what he did. And he worked hard.

As the years went by, Daylan Rubido worked his way from Engineering Traffic Analyst with Miami Dade County to Commercial Property Manager, CAM, and Office Manager at Excellence Worldwide Realty, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
Rubido got into the real estate industry 7 years ago when he first started working as an Office Manager and Real Estate Agent with Excellence Worldwide Realty in Doral, Florida to pursue his passion for serving his clients and customers with their real estate needs, and to help other agents grow their real estate career.
As his career advanced, Daylan Rubido found his stride working with Tenants, Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Sales Agents. Hes an expert in Real Estate Sales, which he developed by working with First Time Home Buyers, For Sale By Owner Sellers, Residential, Commercial and Business acquisition for Investors, Property Management of Commercial and Residential properties throughout Miami and also working and training Real Estate Sales Agents.

Daylan Rubido lives in Doral, Florida with his wife Janel Diamond and their four-legged furry daughter, Dakota Lynn, "The English Bully". In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and nature. Some of his favorite activities are scuba diving, kayaking and cycling.
