It was a few years ago that I caught the Real Estate bug through my first investment rehab property. At that time I realized I have a knack for understanding specific strategies in being successful in all areas of the real estate industry. I have gained expertise and a working knowledge in selling/buying fix and flip, rehabbing, managing property refinancing/mortgage deals, advising potential investors and locating/facilitating various deals for my clients.
As a natural progression I became a Real Estate Agent representing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS, specializing in the sale and purchase of new and existing properties not only in the greater Philadelphia Pennsylvania area but also nationwide.
