Thank you so much for taking the time to learn a little more about me. I am Wendy Watson, a full time licensed Realtor who specializes in helping my clients find not just a house but a home.
I joined MINT Real Estate Group in 2018, and I could not have found a better or more honorable company for which to work. As a Louisville native, I stayed local for college to attend Spencerian College of Marketing and Design after which I spent many years working as the Director of Sales for the worlds largest hotel chain Best Western.
When I was ready to make a change, I was quickly able to transition into Real Estate full time and found that helping people buy and sell homes is truly my passion. It's my goal to not find you a house, but a home that you will love living life to the fullest in.
I'm here to help you navigate all the twists and turns that come with buying and selling real estate.
