I have been in the home and land industry for over 10 years. I have worked as a Professional Planner at the County level for Berks County, PA, Chester County, PA, Cumberland County, PA, Dauphin County, PA, and Perry County, PA. I have experience at a local engineering firm as a Community Planner, working with municipalities Planning Commissions all over the Berks County. I have extensive experience with reviewing Subdivision and Land Development plans, and municipal ordinances. I have combined my passion of planning neighborhoods/developments and parks and recreation and greenways into a career with helping people find the right house in their desired location.
My educational background consists of a Bachelor's of Science AND a Master's Of Science Degree in GeoEnvironmental Studies from Shippensburg University (1994-1998). I have Interned at the Bucks County NRSC, Montgomery County SCS, and at the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. I was a Graduate Assistant for the Department of Geography and Earth Sciences during my Master's program.
