Shane is a consummate salesman, In fact, he's been selling most of his life. Starting at the age of 17 selling tickets to "catch a rising star" comedy club in the streets of New York City. Taking on challenges and keeping them simple were lessoned learned at an early age. Shane does more with less as he stays passionate with the agenda at hand always focused on the needs and goals of his clients. He specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their homes on their own or with another agent. By making an industry leap to real estate from brand building sales, Shane found professional success at a high level, selling 32 homes with in his first 12 months in business and obtaining more than 7 times the sales of the average agent in his first year. He has made a high level commitment to his real estate education and marketing technology. Within 3 years he has leveraged his success, purchased a national real estate franchise, opened up 3 offices and recruited 70 agents. All the while staying true to his focus of assisting homeowners selling 64 homes in the past 18 months. In his spare time, Shane enjoys coaching little league sports with his son Luka. Fine dining and concert going with his wife Monique and having belly time with his new born baby girl Chloe.
