J.D. Warren, III (Trey) thanks his lucky stars everyday that he gets to live, work, and play in Lander. After moving to Lander in 1994 from Texas, Trey has grown deep roots in the community. Serving on many civic boards and giving of his time to build and donate to the community is very important to him. Raising his daughter, Lena (who is now at the University of Wyoming) and spending countless days outdoors with her are some of his fondest memories. Trey is married to Jagoe, and together they are raising Jagoes daughter Asha. Asha is a source of much pride for Trey and he loves to attend her sports events.

Whimpy Wolf Builders was Treys design/build company from 2001-2017. During the WWB years, Trey designed and built many custom homes in the Lander area and refurbished a number of the iconic downtown buildings. Trey no longer has a construction company but continues to be big part of Landers evolving environment. The Householder Properties office at 911 Main is a recent project by Trey that restored a very prominent corner on Landers Main Street. The Purina Mills Grain Elevator is Landers iconic landmark that Trey co-owns with his wife, Jagoe. This property highlights the way Trey approaches building and design. Trey spent over a year re-developing the building and breathing new life into it. The Elevator complex houses The Bike Mill, Bhava Shala Community Space, The Crib Airbnb, and three offices.

Passionate about Lander, Trey works hard everyday to make this town a better place to live and make a living. As a member of Rotary International, Trey dives head first into the local projects, sponsorships, and programs they organize. Trey served as the Rotary president from 2016-2017 and club secretary from 2014-2015. His favorite event of the year is Rotarys annual 4th of July Buffalo Barbecue. A longtime member of the Lander Planning Commission (and past Chair) Trey has been heavily involved in the rewriting of the zoning code with the intention of making Lander a more affordable place to live.

At the end of the day Trey adores this town; he lies awake at night envisioning how to make it even better and cant wait to get after it the next day. His enthusiasm is contagious and his dedication is above and beyond. Treys daily affirmation is Make it a great day. Make it a great life. Lander makes it easy to do just that.
