Hi and thank you for visiting my page! I have three real estate licenses. I am a Broker/Owner & Associate Real Estate Broker in NY and a Sales Associate in NJ. Having been a small business owner for over 20 years, I have earned the experience for negotiations and proper customer service. When buying or selling real estate, no matter which side you are on, the process is exciting as well as daunting. What my clients can expect from me is a commitment to the process, attention to detail, an excellent work ethic, and communication that is consistent, honest, and transparent. Additionally, the service I provide comes with community resources and affiliations such as, mortgage representatives, title representatives, professional photographers, media, marketing, home inspectors, movers, and real estate attorneys who all assist in the real estate process. As a result, my clients are never left wondering what to do next. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors with additional memberships to three Multiple Listing Services in NY & NJ. I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor, e-PRO, and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. I have achieved the GRI & Sellers Representative Specialist designations. On a personal note, I grew up in Monmouth County at the Jersey Shore and then I moved to Southern California where I attended college, married, raised a family and became a business owner with my husband in the home improvements industry before finally returning back East. I understand what it takes to buy, sell and relocate!
