Alishia began her journey in Real Estate in the summer of 2017, fulfilling a long awaited dream of being an integral part of helping individuals and families accomplish their dream of purchasing their forever home, or helping them make one of the most important transitions of their lives: selling a home. Having spent 18+ years in the Education and Workforce Development industries, Alishia is a master networker who has dominated her community with her fearless drive to build relationships and help others, winning countless awards for her service to her community; among them, the Biltmore Who's Who Among Professional Women, and recognition as one of the 2016 Women Who Thrive by Catalysts for Change Inc. Alishia is an Author, Blogger, Founder of an international nonprofit organization, Motivational Speaker, Personal & Professional Development Trainer, Business Consultant, and Host of her own radio show. But one day she knew deep in her gut she would find her way to a thriving career in Real Estate. Alishia and her husband Randolph, who runs a multimedia entertainment company, live in Delmar, and have two amazing teenagers: Caleb and Sariah. Alishia enjoys cooking, baking from scratch, and reading inspirational books.
