Born and raised in southeastern Illinois, Dustin graduated from Grayville High School in 2000 and earned his Associates degree from Wabash Valley College in 2002. Upon completion of Junior College, he immediately entered the workforce serving his local church as a youth minister before taking a job in the insurance industry, and eventually joining a major retailer in their logistics operation as a laborer. Quality service, attention to details, and a strong work have been hallmark attributes of Dustin's entire working career. These values were instilled in him by his parents. A husband and father with a large family of his own, Dustin is committed to building a business that will stand the test of time.
With the support of his wife, Ashley, Dustin became a licensed real estate broker in 2007 and opened Integrity Realty in January 2008. In June 2013, he graduated from Reppert School of Auctioneering in Indianapolis, Indiana, making him a first-generation real estate broker and auctioneer.
Dustin has been involved in real estate as an investor since his early 20's. Along with friends and family, he has invested in and owned a number of properties in Grayville and Albion. Dustin maintains strong connections throughout the real estate and auction industries and continually seeks out the latest methods and education in both fields.
