Dwayne Greene moved to Brevard County in 1987 from Abaco, Bahamas. He graduated from Rockledge High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU).
Before becoming joining Crown Realty Partners as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Dwayne spent years employed at JP Morgan Chase helping buyers realize their dreams of home ownership and analyzing property valuation for risk assessment. Dwayne is also a professional photographer and videographer that helps small businesses with marketing and advertisement. He enjoyed JP Morgan Chase, but longed to be out of the office, seeing the homes and interacting with the people. He says that switching to real estate sales was the best choice he ever made.
Now he uses his knowledge of the mortgage business and marketing to guide his buyers, and to help sellers analyze offers. Problem solving when a mortgage glitch occurs is also easier, because he can speak with lenders in their own language and understand just what needs to be done in order to move forward.
When not assisting buyers and sellers, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and two children, Coaching Cross Country and Track & Field, off shore fishing, traveling, participating in charitable community events.
