In addition, she has earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees: one in Biology and one in Dental Hygiene.She is a Registered Dental Hygienist in Arkansas where she had practiced for nine years before starting her full-time career in real estate. To add, Ayesha is also a published Christian author, minister, and entrepreneur.

She admits that her passion lies in living a fulfilling life and caring for others.
