I was born and raised in the area. Lived and attended school in
Walton County and now live in Okaloosa County.

I have been in Financial Services and Real Estate for over 30 years.

I am a Military Relocation Specialist, a REO
(forclosed properties) Specialist, Short Sale Specialist and a
Broker Price Opinion Specialist. I also have a 1031 Exchange
designation. I have sold so many Millions of real estate I have
lost count over the years. I also work with Commercial properies.
I have a farm and grew up on a farm tend to be somewhat
of a specialist in land. We have dogs, and horses ,
I understand the special needs of taking care
of these wonderful animals.

In my over 30 years of service I have seen all kinds of ups and downs
in the market. I sell the area from Pensacola to Ponce De Leon.
I enjoy people and it is wonderful to find that special home that is just
