Meet REALTOR Jennifer Vories of the Vories Team, LLC

Driven. Determined. Dedicated. These three qualities describe REALTOR Jennifer Vories, a Triple Crown resident and owner of the Vories Team, LLC. A graduate of Grant Co High, she was the first student in their history to never miss a day of school to never miss a day since kindergarten. She took that same drive and applied it professionally.
Jennifer started college at EKU, finishing in her thirties. After earning her Associates in Business at Sullivan University, she launched into real estate. Jennifer has been licensed for 13 years and loves what she does. She started out as an individual agent and her business boomed.
My business was growing so fast that I could not keep up. I was going to quit because no one could show me or teach me how to be more efficient, admits Jennifer. Then Keller Williams came to NKY in 2010. I joined them as one of their very first agents and Keller Williams taught me how to grow a business through real estate.
The Vories Team
In 2010, Jennifer hired a real estate coach and started the Vories Team. Jennifer says, We are a team of full-time investors and REALTORS. We help our clients manage their wealth in real estate, coach them to make the right financial decision for their family, and of course help them buy, sell, build new, or invest in real estate.
Jennifer is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio. Her team also consists of eight other licensed REALTORS: Sandy Wilson (licensed in Kentucky), Aaron Vories (licensed in Kentucky), Bill Schuetz (licensed in Kentucky), Royce Saunders (licensed in Kentucky), Michael Carrier (licensed in Ohio) David Green (licensed in Indiana) and Kristina Johnson (licensed in Indiana).
The Vories Team has its own personal marketing director Mackenzie See, a full-time employee. Mackenzie manages all of the team members social media presence, keeps their community up-to-date, & makes sure that each time they take a listing, it is marketed not just locally, but all over the US and our international sites.
We also have a full-time contract to close manager, says Jennifer. It is her job to take our clients through a smooth transaction all the way to the closing table. She handles all the docs that need to be signed, mortgage payoffs, liens, negotiate repairs, sets up repairs to be done, helps our clients get their utilities turned on and off, and sets the closings.
In addition, the Vories Team has an inside sales associate, who calls buyers and sellers who land on their website. This associate also sets appointments for Jennifer and their other REALTORS. They also have a full-time photographer on staff who takes picture-perfect photos with a flash.
The Vories Team sells in NKY, Ohio, Lexington, Louisville, New Albany Indiana, and Lawrenceburg.
Exceeding Expectations
We offer the one-stop shop to our clients, says Jennifer. If they need help on their home, to get it ready for the market, but they might not have the money or funds to do the work. I have a rehab team that I can contract out to do the improvements, and they can pay me back after their home sells.
Ranked in the top 1 percent of REALTORS nationwide, the Vories Team sells an average of a home every other day with over 200 homes sold each year.
The Vories Team is committed to exceeding expectations. Jennifer teaches her clients how to grow their financial portfolio with rental and rehabs, even purchasing homes in distress and rehabbing them. Jennifer also specializes in short sales. In addition, she owns Moving Home LLC with her partner as well as a cleaning company, Cleaning With Sparkling Grace.
Jennifer was also just awarded a very prestigious award by her peers in real estate called the Good Neighbor Award, which is an honor. This award is given to an agent who contributes to a program that improves the livability of their community through significant contributions of personal time, money, and materials.
