A second-generation Realtor and almost life-long Bradenton resident, Kristi grew up immersed in the real estate and restaurant businesses. As a result, she has been a natural in customer service from a young age. Her mother, Debbie Capobianco, has been a successful Michael Saunders & Company agent for 16+ years, and Kristi is pleased to partner with her to form an exceptional team, the Power of Two. Prior to making the move to real estate, Kristi's experience as a restaurant Assistant General Manager, and pretty much growing up in the restaurant environment, has taught her the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience, being a team player, a problem solver and passionate people person. She also brings extensive knowledge of Manatee County, having lived in the area for 24 years. Being detail-orientated, up on the latest items in technology and social media, this Millennial knows where it is at and brings her skills to every real estate transaction. Thinking outside the box just comes natural to her. Kristi not only has knowledge about Anna Maria Island, but also West and East Bradenton as well. She is constantly thinking of new ways to advertise her listings and helping her buyers find their dream property! Born in Montauk, NY, Kristi grew up in West Bradenton and now lives out east in Manatee County with her husband (who she first met in kindergarten!). Together, the couple has two wonderful sons and two dogs. As a family they love going to the beach, hanging out by the pool and enjoying anything outdoors!
