Growing up in multiple states gave me an opportunity to see what life is like in different cities and climates. Knowing that Washington, DC traffic and snow was no place for someone who loved living in Austin, I found Charlotte, NC to be a compromise, until I discovered Jacksonville in 2014. Minutes to the river or beach, 30-45 minutes to downtown Jacksonville and 2 hours to Orlando Saint Johns was the perfect place!
My specialty is relocation whether its across the country or across the street. Theres a lot to consider when you buy or sell a house, so its easy to become overwhelmed.
