Hi! My name is Danielle Ragazzini. I am originally from Rock Hill, SC and moved to Isle of Palms, SC in August of 2009.

My background consists of 12+ years in the banking industry. I was an Executive Assistant to an Executive Vice President at Southern First Bank where I wore many hats that included the processing of both commercial and residential real estate. I always had a passion for all things real estate and with the years of experience with that brings my ability to navigate and help clients find the right, experienced mortgage lender for their needs to streamline the process making the journey to purchasing their first or fourth home a smooth one. I truly believe that the more I learn in a role that is to help serve others, the more value I can offer my clients. I learned a wealth of knowledge in my banking career that now serves well in the role as a real estate agent. Integrity, honesty, and excellent communication are just a few of the many core values that I uphold to. I am committed to my clients and go above and beyond for them. I provide my clients the service and hard work that I would expect if the roles were reversed.

I would love the opportunity to be a part of your home buying and/or selling journey!
