Houses, homes, buildings and even abandoned properties have always been a passion of mine. I would wonder what stories they held or what purpose they had served in the past. I remember as a teenager being intrigued and fascinated by this one old house at the summer camp where I worked as a camp counselor. I would sneak in, explore the house and imagine what memories had been made there when it was once a home. Over the years, this fascination continued to grow and develop.
I started searching for properties that would make great investments. I found excitement in finding properties that could be renovated into something amazing by a handy buyer or transformed by an investor. I loved watching as new neighborhoods would fill up with happy owners and new communities were formed. I enjoyed sharing the excitement of friends as they searched for houses and finally found the home of their dreams.
Inevitably, my lifelong fascination with real estate drove me to get my real estate license. I can now help individuals and families find the perfect home, help investors seek out properties with great return potential and help people part ways with their current home as they move into a new chapter in their lives.
