I am a Montgomery County native and currently live in Southeast Kansas. My Great Grandfather purchased property and moved to Chautauqua County from Missouri in 1946. At 17 years old after completing high school I joined the US Navy to get out of Kansas. After a short period as an Intelligence Specialist with the Navy I ended up working and traveling across North America while operating my own company. In 2008 I moved back to Independence to help take care of my father. I have past experience in freight logistics, water treatment and environmental science, as well as serving the community as a Police Officer. In 2017 I began investing in rental properties and in 2018 I continued investing in the community by purchasing two self-storage facilities serving Coffeyville and the surrounding area.
With the experience and enthusiasm gained from past challenges I have become very good at solving peoples problems. What better traits for an Agent in Real Estate Sales and Property Management? My experience working in military intelligence, having multiple security clearances, and Law Enforcement experience has given me a clear understanding of confidentiality. As an investment owner, home owner, and business owner he has the experience to solve your problems.
With the support staff at American Homes Realty and a broker like Carla Lelacheur, I am confident in saying that I am ready to help solve your problems and handle all your real estate needs.
