As a local expert in Flagstaff, Williams and surrounding Northern Arizona properties, I have an extensive background in many exciting areas of real estate. I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 2005 in Nevada and more recently here in Arizona. My real estate partner / husband / appraiser, "DJ" and I work as a team and also have a real estate appraisal company, US Appraisal Pros. We have a great deal of experience with investing and managing rental properties in addition to appraisals, home sales and negotiations.
In addition to my real estate background I have a degree in nursing and worked part time as a registered nurse for many years to maintain my skills and to help others. I have many years of experience in critical care. After the October 1st, 2017 mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas I cared for many of the victims of that terrible night. Although there are no words to express the horrors of that event, I can say that seeing people pull together to help each other was amazing. It is just awe inspiring to know what good we can do for one another. For the last several years I have practiced real estate full time, giving my clients the personalized service they need. I am humbled and flattered to have been named to the 2023-2024 Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS board of directors.
I am so fortunate to call Flagstaff home. I grew up in Northern Arizona, a proud graduate of Cromer Elementary, Mount Elden Middle School, Coconino High School and Northern Arizona University Summa Cum Laude class of '03. We are lucky to have such an incredible community and to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the San Francisco Peaks, Coconino National Forest, Mt.
