Buying or selling a home isn't a hassle when you choose me as your Realtor! My Name is Kelly Becnel Cagle and I would love to help you navigate the buying and selling process to show you just how much fun it can be! But first, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I grew up in the small town of Port Sulphur, graduated from Belle Chasse High and attended LSU (GEAUX TIGERS!) I have lived all over southeast Louisiana including: Gretna, Baton Rouge, Covington, Bush, Braithwaite, Belle Chasse, Metairie and currently reside in Mandeville. With every city, I developed a love for the different styles of homes and their surrounding neighborhoods.
It was my experience in Braithwaite where I really embraced the desire to become more involved in real estate and interior design. Hurricanes Katrina and Isaac were instrumental in showing me the importance of knowing the ins and out of real estate. Our house was lost both times due to the rising waters, and it was after the house was gutted and the studs were dry, that I was provided a blank canvas to express my passion for interior design.
Before I became a Real Estate Agent, I had the amazing opportunity to manage two jewelry stores in New Orleans. It was an incredible opportunity to experience the culture of the city and to meet people from all over the world every day. My experience managing the jewelry stores gave me a unique perspective on customer service and understanding diverse cultures and working with people. When I'm not working I like to spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy working out, interior design, gardening, photography, antique shopping and restoring furniture.
As a realtor, I take my clients under my wing and walk them through the process, ensuring explanations with every step. Real estate is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavor that can be very confusing and demanding. As your realtor, you will have my full attention. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations! I truly enjoy working with clients and they often become friends after the deal is done. I always say it can be an emotional roller coaster but with me as your agent I will make it a fun ride!
