Equity is very important to me! My first recollection of equity was when I was in elementary school. My parents decided to purchase a home and rehab it. They continued to buy properties, averaging two homes per year, and by the time I was in high school I was hooked on real estate. For that reason, I excelled in Building Trades. I loved learning how hard work can turn anything beautiful. By age twenty-one I purchased my first home. After taking the profit from that home, purchasing another and selling it, my Realtor, who is a Top Producer, told me In almost 20 years in this business, this is the most profitable flip Ive ever seen! This helped me to discover what I truly wanted to do with the rest of my life.
