I love all things real estate. I have years of experience working as a loan officer originating mortgages, eventually becoming the RI Account Executive for a national wholesale lender. This position gave me the opportunity to understand the fundamentals of lending guidelines and underwriting. Over the next few years, I invested in real estate, became a landlord and tackled some property renovations. In time, I became a registered RI general contractor. In 2018 I become a Realtor, and thoroughly love all aspects of my job(s). In my capacity as a Realtor I am often able to identify financing challenges before they present themselves as well as help solution updates or repairs as a GC. I have experience in the entire process that goes beyond that of most Realtors. I love house hunting, helping clients see what can be possible with a little vision, calling and sharing that an offer was accepted, helping get homes ready to sell, and negotiating on my clients behalf.
