My name is Tina Verstrate and I have lived in the Orlando area for the greater part of 25 years, where I specialize in helping investors find properties to add to their portfolios, as well as in the unique needs of our military veterans.
I have held my real estate license since 2019 and have been investing in real estate for more than a decade. Currently, I am Gold Key Certified and am one class away from my Professional Housing Provider certification through the National Real Estate Investor Association, with the expectation of completing this certification as soon as in-person seminars resume.

Originally from Upstate New York, I was the girl that hated the snow and cold. In 1995, my husband and I jumped at the opportunity when he was offered a teaching command at the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School, where Baldwin Park currently sits today. We knew this was the area we wanted to stay in, so we bought our first home and eventually started our family. Our boys were born here, but our daughter was born just weeks after moving out of state for a job promotion. During that time, I continued to stay current with the housing market here, knowing I wanted to move back as soon as possible. That knowledge has become invaluable to me as it helps tremendously with my current-day clients. In my spare time, I am active with Central Florida Realty Investors, volunteer at all my children's marching band events, and spent several years as president of my neighborhood HOA.
