Annapolis has been Kristens home for the past 12 years with her husband and three children. Living a water-oriented lifestyle began at a very young age as Kristen was born and raised in Tidewater, Virginia. When it came time to choose a college, Maryland (specifically Chestertown, MD) called with its quaint charm and water-based lifestyle. Kristen received her B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Western European Studies. While studying at Washington College, Kristen quickly fell in love with Annapolis and all that it had to offer. Only a year after graduating college, Kristen easily made the decision to make Annapolis her new hometown. After college, Kristen began working in sales and recruiting which developed into a career in Human Resources. However, she knew deep down there was a different passion of hers that began at a young age.

As a young girl, Kristens parents would take her to the Virginia Parade of Homes and Garden Tours that left a strong impression and an appreciation for homes. Watching the real estate market become a hobby of hers, and as her kids started getting older she decided to pursue her real estate license. Kristen is client-centric, believing that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most critical decisions an individual or family will ever make. She exudes flexibility, patience, and the ability to listen and hear what a client wants. Kristen takes pride in upholding a high standard of ethics, is full of integrity, and provides each client from the first-time homebuyer to the experienced real estate investor with the same level of impeccable service.

When she isnt working, Kristen spends her summers near the beach and her winters on the slopes with her family and friends!
