My name is Vit Blanar, and I am a Realtor in Vail Valley. In 1997 I flew from the Czech Republic to Vail with nothing more than a pair of skis and plan to return home just after the ski season. It has been over twenty years, and I wouldn't want to call anywhere else home.
Vail Valley offers plenty of outdoor activities, cultural events, and great food throughout the year. I would be happy to share my knowledge of local life with you. Our real estate market varies from ski homes, rental properties, family neighborhoods, golf course properties, to ranches. I have lived in many places in our Valley and I have first-hand experience about what different areas have to offer.
I have owned and ran several different businesses over the years, including construction, restaurants, a property management company, and even flipped homes.
