Matt is an explosive Real Estate agent in the Saint Petersburg / Tampa area, independently selling $5 million in just his 2nd year. Matt graduated from the University of Eckerd College, where he received a degree in History with a minor in Business.
As a Native Floridian, Matt spent his summers on the boat in the Florida Keys passionate about the mangroves islands and the sea life. The first second Matt could drive, he was driving through the old beach towns of Florida. After graduating from Key West High School and Florida Keys Community College, Matt took to the road, where he lived in Washington D.C, Oregon, Monterey, and San Francisco. Matt understands the process of finding a city to call home and has a deep education in helping you step-by-step.
Based on Matts experience living in some of the biggest metropolises in the county, Matt believes St. Petersburg Florida, is among the best city in the WORLD. And we have the best Beaches in the Country for like the past 10 years.
Matts sales and marketing experience reach back to his time creating pop-up restaurants in Key West Florida where Matt won the employee of the month award for 6 months in a row. Surpassing $200,000 in Food Sales his first year! Matt was credited for researching and development. After his success, Matt took his experience to San Francisco where he worked as Garde Manger for The Battery and a Chef de Cuisine for The Armory, alongside James Beard Award, Marcus Rios.
Matts passion for helping people took him to Real Estate, where he feels he can make the biggest difference. Matt is a member of the Pinellas Realtors Organization, enjoys spending time at Ft. DeSoto with his German Shorthaired Pointer Charlie are both dedicated to helping you.
When Matt is not in the real estate world, he is giving back to others. Matt has dedicated every Monday for a little over one year to Meals on Wheels in Tampa in St. Petersburg. It is here Matt and other volunteers, are feeding the 9000 people who go to bed hungry every night in Pinellas county.
The first of many, Matts long dream is to mix real estate with the food business. Matt is currently creating a Food and Beverage Franchise with the flagship in St. Pete. Bringing locally caught fish to patrons for an affordable price. Matts dream is much deeper than making a quick buck. His experience in the food business allowed him to get an on-the-ground perspective on how the food industry can be better. Matts dream is about education and providing resources while creating jobs. Matts franchise will include education, fitness plans, and therapy for all of its employees. Matts dream is to increase the quality of acceptable practices of doing business by helping the employees gain confidence in their life by learning business.
The lifetime goal is to teach people they can achieve the American dream through the successful practices of other successful local business owners.
