Connie combines her love for the industry with her passion to help people. She attended Lamar, Missouri High School and went on to study Business Administration at Missouri Southern State University. Before getting into the Real Estate Business again, in 1985 Connie started her career in mortgage lending in a southwest Missouri rural community with Farm & Home Savings and Loan. Her accomplishments there led her to VP and Manager of Residential Mortgage Lending Operations in the State of Missouri. As of today, Connie has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience. Knowledgeable in project and underwriting approvals (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA), as well as the sale and purchase of loans in the Secondary Market. Composed and implemented a loan marketing program Mortgages Made Easy trademarked and successfully implemented Nationally.
Connie received her Missouri Real Estate License in 1993 after a few years, she became a Broker/Owner of her own Real Estate Office. Being single for many years, Connie remarried and relocated to Wichita, Kansas with her family. Connies new duties as a wife, mother and in a new city, she went back to mortgage lending as a mortgage loan officer with Boeing Wichita Credit Union, then later to Manage a new office in Andover, Kansas. Connie, wanting to get back to Missouri to be closer to family and friends relocated to Olathe, Kansas where she became a Branch Sales Manager for Community America Credit Union located in Kansas City, Missouri. Connie and her family relocated one final time and built their new home in the Northland.
Connies love for the Real Estate industry brought her back to Real Estate Sales. Connie understands what it is like to stand in her clients shoes, relocating numerous times. Buying and selling houses of her own has afforded Connie a sensitivity towards her clients journey, which can be attributed to the first had perspective she gained through her own personal experience. Now, a long- time resident of the Northland, a member of many extra-curricular activities, like volunteering for Hillcrest Ministries as a Financial Aide Advisor, along with all her professional affiliations, Connie has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in this area. Connie specializes in all facets of the Real Estate Business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, providing that DREAM home, or trying to score that perfect distressed property. She knows, and has experienced it all. Connies long experience with mortgage lending will be assets to both buyers and sellers. She is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented and shell be alongside you every step of the way.
