Though I am a recently licensed Florida Realtor and a fairly new resident of The Villages, we've been visiting for years and purchased our first house in The Villages in 2017. Before that, I was a real estate attorney licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and ran a large title company that handled title work and closings for residential, commercial, and distressed properties, so I'm no stranger to the world of real estate.
I specialize and work exclusively in The Villages and concentrate on Buyers although I handle some listings for Sellers that request my services due to the relationship we may have previously established.
