After spending most of his career in the Hospitality Industry via hotel and restaurant management, Zach Lloyd discovered his ideal career in Real Estate. Finding work as a Realtor has become his perfect balance of focused effort and positive reward through client satisfaction. Originally from the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland, Zach Lloyd has been a resident of Colorado since 1992. Upon completing his B.A. in Psychology at The Catholic University of America, he got his first taste of the Rocky Mountains during a cross country road trip from Washington, D.C. to Seattle during the Summer of 91. He genuinely enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest but, after deciding it was a little too soggy, moved to Vail, CO. Hard to beat a day in those legendary Back Bowls; but after 20 years in Vail, he later found Winter Park via Grand Lake.
With an appreciation for small town charm, Zach has now been a resident of Grand County for 11 years now. After finding a home in Winter Park and in Real Estate, hes experiencing the most rewarding career path yet and surely one he will never leave. In addition to the new challenges that the work day may bring, he has some tough choices to make during his time off as well; hike, bike or golf during the warmer months; snowboard or snowshoe once the ground goes from green to white?

Tinas loyal following of repeat and referral clientele stems from her long history in the business. She got her start in Steamboat Springs helping a broker/owner write his first marketing newsletter and direct mail pieces, and the rest is history.
Prior to real estate, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Education at Western Kentucky University and completed graduate courses in Business at Middle Tennessee State University. For 15 years, she worked at a large publishing company in Nashville, TN, where she met her husband, Mark, known locally as Digger a well-deserved nickname since he recently retired as a third-generation funeral director. He now has his real estate license as well.
Together they love to travel, golf, and ski with their grandkids, six in total. Tina is also the former Vice Chairman of the Grand County Christian Academy School Board and served on the Grand County Board of Realtors.
